What was checked, and what was not

Verified against Lufthansa's own published seat map. Seat count checks out exactly at 509: 8 First, 78 Business, 52 Premium Economy, 371 Economy.

DECK ASSIGNMENT: First Class and the whole Business cabin are on the UPPER deck, together with a small five-row Economy cabin at the rear. Premium Economy and the main Economy cabin are on the MAIN deck. Lufthansa numbers the upper deck 1 to 24 and 95 to 99, and the main deck 50 to 99... in practice 50 to 94, so the two decks never share a row number. Rows 13 and 17 are not used in Business.

TWO THINGS ARE NOT FROM THE CHART. Seat widths are not printed on it, so the width figures are approximate and should be replaced from a Lufthansa specification table; the drawing footprints used for rendering are chosen to match the chart's proportions. Wing rows are measured off the aircraft silhouette on the chart rather than a marked wing box, so treat the wing overlay as approximate.

RETROFIT: Lufthansa is replacing this Business cabin, dropping it from 78 seats to 68 and the total from 509 to 499. Both layouts are flying. This file is the PRE-RETROFIT layout; the new one needs its own configuration.
